Notes:
- We do not recommended using the SutterPatch Updater to install SutterPatch Software on top of an existing standalone installation of Igor Pro. If you already have Igor Pro 9 on your computer, please use one of the following methods to install SutterPatch Software:
- Use the Full Installer to update the existing Igor Pro and install SutterPatch.
- Uninstall Igor Pro and install SutterPatch using the Full Installer. Remember to backup your Igor user files before uninstalling!
- Create a second installation of Igor Pro using the Full Installer. This should only be done in special cases and is not advised.
- SutterPatch 3.0 is ONLY compatible with Igor Pro 9, 64-bit. As of May 2023, a three seat multi-user license of Igor Pro 9 has been bundled with all our amplifier systems. For users that need to upgrade, the following options are available directly from WaveMetrics:

Software Trial
If you are planning to evaluate SutterPatch, you can activate a trial license of Igor Pro 9. After 30 days, a number of features, such as saving, printing and copying to the clipboard will be disabled.

dPatch Firmware Upgrade Instructions
SutterPatch 3.0 includes dPatch firmware version 101; November 3rd, 2023. When SutterPatch is started it will automatically check the firmware version as part of the dPatch amplifier initialization sequence. If a newer version is available a prompt will be displayed advising to update the firmware, which is highly recommend. The prompt will guide you through the update process, or it can be initiated via the menu SutterPatch > Hardware Control > dPatch Maintenance – Update Firmware.

MOM COMPUTER SYSTEM (MCS) SOFTWARE
MView
MView is a program used to analyze data collected with MCS. It is free to download and can be installed on multiple computers. If you are updating from an older version of MView, please uninstall any previous versions before installing a new version. Installation must be done as an administrator.
MView is now available in separate 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Please be sure to select the appropriate version for your OS.
If you do not have any data collected with MCS but wish to evaluate MView, please download the sample data file 'Pollen_Grain.MDF'.
